Initiate Your Return
Log in to your NewEra account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Apply Shipping Label
Download and print our prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
